Housemates wanted to share with current housemate

We are looking for an individual either male or female, to share a fully furnished, semi-detached 4 bedroomed well above average house located in a residential area of Ryde Avenue, HU5 area of Hull. You will be sharing the house with two professional males, both of whom are Hull University Graduates, both currently working in the local area and in their mid-twenties. They would prefer to share with single working professionals of a similar age, but students would be considered who would respect other people's space. The house is a few minutes’ walk away from Beverley Road and close to local shops, amenities and buses. The shared facilities in the house comprise of a large lounge, kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer and cooker, dining area, a downstairs toilet and family bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom has a double bed for single occupancy. The fourth bedroom is used for additional storage/wardrobes and dressing room. Due to the sizes of the bedrooms available, the rent would be different for each room. There is a small private garden, single garage and a driveway with off-road parking for 2 to 3 cars, there is also safe parking available on the roadside. All bills are included. Would prefer non-smoking housemate as it is a non-smoking house and strictly no pets. References, both residential and professional would be expected. We are looking for honest, tidy individuals who will respect the property along with other people's work and leisure times.
