I am letting out a large double furnished room as my daughter has just gone to uni. It will be newly decorated, as the house is undergoing refurbishment.(this is a nice family home) I am looking for a quiet, sensible individual who is clean and tidy (bathroom and kitchen)
Sorry no wild parties....theyve gone.. along with my daughter lol
Rent does include all bills, and the occasional meal if im cooking.
I would prefer a short term let with a review to 3 months.
ps i have a large fluffy house cat, no good for allergy sufferers. i live on a major bus route.
