We're looking for a housemate to join an easy going household on Ella Street within walking distance of Newland Avenue, Princes Avenue, city centre and University. The house has just undergone complete refurbishment and has been finished to a high standard with two new bathroom suites. The available room has access to a private bathroom. The house has on street parking, study, garden, wireless broadband and digital aerials in all rooms. The room is furnished with double bed and some optional furniture should you require. Housemates should be pet friendly as we have a well trained, good natured dog. £350 per month, all bills included. Couples welcome at small additional cost. No DSS. Please note we are only looking for short term lets as the house is up for sale.
