2 Student Rooms Available

Hello! Myself and 3 of my friends are currently looking for 2 other people to move into our 6 bedroom flat for next year. The contract starts on the 2nd of July. The flat is located on Newland Avenue, about a 10 minute walk from the university. It is on the high street which is ideal if you're looking for a job over the summer, as myself and some of the others are. The current flatmates consist of 2 guys and 2 girls, all going into second year in September. We are not looking for a particular type of person to move in, just someone who is friendly, relatively clean and respects the fact that at times we will need to do work!
