I have a double bedroom available for rent within a lovely and large victorian house located in the HU6 area of Hull. The house is sited in a quiet area on a tree lined avenue, yet affords residents quick and easy access to the City Centre, Local Hospitals and the University due to its proximity to public transport routes.

The house is currently tenanted by three young professional ladies, but one is due to move out leaving a room vacant on 01 August. The remaining house mates work relatively long hours, are very tidy and of a sociable nature. We are looking for like minded individuals - so if your a big time party goer then this house probably isnt what your after.

The house has a large communal living room, a large newly fitted kitchen complete with range style cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle and a large garden with gravelled patio area and a shed for storage of bikes etc. There is also a modern bathroom, with bath, over bath shower, sink and toilet and Wifi is available throughout the house.

The lettable bedroom is approx 12ft x 12ft in size and south facing with views over the garden. It has a double bed, bed side tables and wardrobes and full central heating.
