House Share Available on Avenues, West Hull

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to house share with me. I live off Victoria Avenue close to Princess Avenue, Chanterlands Avenue, the University and the Hospital. I'm 21, female and work in the city center. I'm very easy to get on with but i'm also quite busy so not home a great deal.

It's a nice spacious home with a spare double bedroom and nice garden. I would prefer a professional person but i'm open to a student if they are responsible. Couples may be welcome for a slightly higher rent.

The parking is on road, there's usually plenty of spaces.

I have a small dog, her names Lana and she's a bishon frise crossed with a Lakeland terrier, very cute and friendly, not aloud upstairs and is kept in the kitchen when I'm out (she has a cat-flap which she can get in and out of into the back garden.
