***The Price Bit.***

The double room that is available is from £54 per week. This includes Gas and Elecy, Unlimited Wireless Broadband, Council Tax, and Water Rates.

***The Product Bit.***

The Landlords are member of both the National Landlord Association (NLA) and the Residentail Landlords Association (RLA) and we ensure that we abide by the codes of practice. This covers every aspect of the properties, practices which are designed to raise and maintain standards in the private-rented sector.
We can accommodate both short and long terms lets – we have had people with us for years but at the same time realise that people’s lives change, people need to move on so we acknowledge there needs to be some flexibility. You may decide that your circumstances have changed and now need a larger room or ensuite or even a flat/house we can usually help.
The tenancy will be on an Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement - There is a one off admin fee of £60. 00 to cover paperwork and referencing which can be done very quickly.
