Hello, I am renting my spare room out. I am female, very fat, very interesting, have 2 cats and a boyfriend who lives about a mile away. I am renting it out cheap because I snore (although my last tenant said she couldn't hear it with her room door closed). I would be happy to rent to someone gay, bi, trans or straight, from UK or abroad. I will also consider DSS with good references. Broadband and bills included. The room is a double although it is currently furnished with a single bed. My house is off Queens road so well situated for Beverley Road, Princess Avenue and Newland Avenue.
