I'm Beth and I have a shared house down Ella Street which is near the university. Currently there are two of us, myself and Marta. We are both ex-students and now work full time. I have a double room available for a short let until the end of Sept. There is internet and all bills are included. The house has a well equipped, modern kitchen, a lovely toilet/shower room downstairs and an upstairs bathroom. There is a large living/dining room and a really nice, quiet garden. It is a beautiful well furnished house and we keep it clean and tidy. I have two lovely cats and a wonderful well-behaved dog. The rent is paid every 4 weeks and is £300.
