I love sport and im very very clean and tidy

Im offering a room in my house. All bills included and that includes wifi but no sky tv. I am very easy going and very clean and tidy. If you are not clean and tidy please dont apply. I am about to move to Thailand but my son will be living in the house also but he does spend a fair bit of time out at his girlfriend's house. He is very quiet and clean and tidy also. The room is not ensuite but like I said you will have the house to yourself most of the time anyway. The room does have a TV but as mentioned before there's no sky but it is all fixed up ready for sky should you want it in there.
