3D smart TV, log burner and very comfy sofas in living room.

The Rooms

Locking doors, beds, mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and blackout blinds in rooms.

£350pcm, plus £100 Deposit. Rent includes all bills, unlimited internet, Sky HD/3D with movies, sports etc and weekly cleaner.

Current housemates are aged 24-27, 3 males. They are looking for mature, friendly housemates, sociable but who don't want to live in party house. Working, PhD or mature students considered.

Currently live-in landlords we will be moving out in January, we also have a small dog, Rosie. If you wish to move in before January, you must like or be ok with pets and a live-in landlord. From January we will be live out landlords an there will be no pets in the house.

We would consider couples at an extra cost. No DSS.
