Lovely double room in nice clean house!

The room is newly decorated and fully furnished with double bed (new mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Two double glazed windows look out onto garden.

The house is nicely decorated and furnished throughout, with shared living room, large kitchen and conservatory. Bathroom and downstairs toilet.

I have a cat. He's friendly.

There is a good-sized driveway (space for two cars) and there is free on-street parking.

I'm about 1. 8 miles from the University. I often cycle there, (I'm a mature student nurse) and the buses are pretty frequent.

My home is a peaceful one, so would be best suited to someone who has grown out of the clubbing-every-night-of-the-we ek phase. The geeky and bookish are most welcome! ;)
