I am the only person currently living in the house. It has 3 rooms However the smallest one is used as an office. I work as a teacher in a local school. I am a Tidy and sociable person. Not ideal for a "Party Animal".

The House has a large living room and through kitchen with separate utility room. Has a bathroom and separate downstairs toilet. Large front and back garden with room for 2 cars on the drive. Secure shed outside for storage of bikes etc. Broadband is available throughout the house.

The bedroom for rent is approx 10ft x 10ft in size with views over the rear garden. It has full central heating. The room is currently only partially furnished but can be fully furnished within days. Can provide a TV in the room if wanted.
