Quiet refurbished room in Westbourne Ave house

Single bedroom available now in beautiful Westbourne Ave house. The room (approx 10ft x 13ft) is freshly painted with new carpet and is now partly furnished but will be completely furnished for eventual occupier. It is at the back of the house and looks out onto a long garden with many plants and trees, a pond and a swing. A garage is available for storage, bikes etc. A larger room will also be available once I have finished painting it.

You will usually have exclusive use of the family bathroom. There is a large shared living room (furnishings to be completed) and a beautiful kitchen. Pianists may enjoy my Bechstein grand piano, which may be available for practice by arrangement.

The house has many original features and is situated on one of the finest streets in Hull, close to Chanterlands Ave and a short walk from Princes and Newland Aves. You can be at the university by bicycle in ten minutes.

You will be comfortable around dogs (I have two handsome whippets), will be a non smoker and will not eat meat in the house. Rent reduction might be arranged for occasional dog care while I am away. Will suit serious student, postgrad or professional.
