Room in quiet home full time or Mon - Fri option

Double room in terraced house, shared with live in landlady.. Price includes gas, electricity, water and broadband. I am also open to short term lets of three months or more. The cost for a calendar month is £325 Monday to Friday is also possible price reduced accordingly.
I can provide bedding and towels if needed. The house is a homely home in the university/Newland Avenue area. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a second toilet upstairs and shared downstairs bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with the usual gadgets.
I am respectful and easygoing to my housemates’ needs - whether you’re happy to chat or want your personal space. I have practiced buddhist meditation for many years; I like a healthy lifestyle, home cooked food, gardening, camping, travelling and hiking etc.
I keep clean and tidy but I'm not obsessive; I’ve been here a long time so there is clutter! I like friendly housemates who can respect the space and leave the shared areas good to go!, If you like gardening, yoga or mindfulness that would be a plus but it’s not a necessary! I have met some lovely people through SpareRoom. It would also be a real asset if you share a value for basic environmental care - using less plastic etc. and cleaning with environmentally friendly products.
There is parking on the street. A bus to the city centre takes approximately 15 minutes. Hull university is approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk. Hull Royal Infirmary is trickier - about half an hours walk or 5 minutes by bus and a walk. If you are confident on the road, Hull’s a great city for using your bike which cuts all these journeys to about. 5-10 minutes.
