Hardy street is just off newland avenue which has a lot of shops tesco lidl sainsbury ect and lots of coffee shops and restaurants ect. The house is only a 5 mins walk away from the university, you can either walk to the city center 20-25 mins tops or take a bus less than 10mins.

The house is a four bed the rooms available are upstairs one large one medium fully furnished and one downstairs large room. Living room with plasma tv with free view and dinning table. Fully equipped kitchen separate bathroom and kitchen. Washer and dryer machine. Big garden with a side entrance as well as through the kitchen. All rooms have a double bed and wardrobes ect.
