Large r in friendly, tidy uni house for f postgrad

A large pleasant room in the university accommodation on Auckland avenue, in a recently refurbished, tidy, and friendly house. I am hoping to move to live with my parter.

The house is university owned, so no bad surprises with landlords - no extra charges. The price covers everything (heating, electricity, water, broadband, campus security).

It's a 5 min walk to uni and 10 min to shops and cafes on Newland Avenue. The housemates are all friendly and respectful postgraduate students.

The room:
- large
- recently refurbished, new and good standard
- with a private wash basin
- fully furnished with new and functional furniture (bed, night table, one small and one big wardrobe, desk, comfy desk chair, small sitting table with 2 chairs)

The house:
- 4 people + you
- comfy living room with couches and tables
- kitchen with the usual things, clean because housemates are tidy ;-)
- washing machine and drier
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 2 toilets
- every week a cleaner cleans all communal areas
- the uni provides security in the area

The house overall is in a very good state, and everybody who lives here takes care to keep it pleasant.

The housemates:
- 2 British and 2 Chinese postgraduate students
- everybody is friendly and welcoming, you will find someone to talk to or have dinner with if you want
- BUT not chaotic, it's very respectful, meaning no random noise, no mess, trying not to bother others etc. so if you are a private person, you will be left alone and feel fine :)

- should be a female postgrad (uni of Hull)
