Due to personal reasons I will be leaving University and so need someone to move into my room so that I can move out.
The house is located down Ryde Street, off of Beverley Road which is extremely close to the local amenities including a Lidl, Aldi, and ASDA and gyms. The University itself is a 15 minute walk away. The town centre is a 5 minute bus journey or a 20 minute walk.
All bills including electric, gas, water and KC Lightstream Wifi are included within the rent. There is also freeview TV with a TV license in the living room. There are 2 other male tenants in the house.

Enclosed rear garden with secure fence that will accommodate motorcycles and/or mopeds.
