Very Large Room With Cooking Faccilities/Sofa Tv

i have a very nice room with a sofa microwave grill toaster kettle tv fridge if prefar to be more self contained, the room is very attractive, decorated in shades of cream and beige, new carpet, a fireplace with cosy effect fire, bay window, single bed, storage for clothes, the rest of the house has 2 seperate sitting rooms one is a sitting dining room over looking east park, the house is situated ten min walk from shopping centre and 3 min walk to the park, bus stop outside, I am looking for a quiet and respectable friendly person clean and tidy like myself, i will clean the room once a week, i look forward to hearing from you Mandy
