Double room in owner-occupied house

Professional owner-occupier (and daughter) looking for professional lodger, Monday-Friday only (or fewer week nights). The location would be ideal for someone working at the University - it's a 15 minute walk, and the house is ten minutes' walk from the restaurants, bars and shops of Newland Avenue (all the benefits of proximity without the noise).
The room is a double with a 5 foot bed, desk and chair, ample wardrobe space for a weekly stay, and a bay window overlooking playing fields. I can add a bookshelf if you need one. Sheets, bedding and towels are provided and washed regularly. I may be willing to some washing for you. The bathroom is shared, and there is an additional loo downstairs. There is a small garden (paved, with vegetable beds) to sit out in during the summer months, and a shared drive with the next door neighbour. It's possible to park on the street also.
I'm looking for someone who will be in their office/place of work during the day, as I often work at home, in the living/dining room. There will be times when I need to work in the evenings, which could be a problem if you wanted to watch the TV.
I am quiet, easygoing, and am looking for someone similar. I have two cats.
