Double Room, en suite, living room & kitchen area!

Hi, we are a very easy going mid thirties couple who live in the lovely quiet village of Roos, which is approx 15 mins from Hedon, 20 mins from Bilton/East hull and 5 mins from Withernsea. The room available is downstairs and contains a double bed, reclining sofa, bedside units/drawers and a large wardrobe. There is an en-suite with toilet, shower and basin. We have converted the utility room next to the bedroom into a small kitchen type area with its own fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, sink and plenty of cupboards for your food storage although use of the main kitchen for cooking is obviously no problem! There will also be your own private living room, which will be completed in january. The rest of the house consists of a porch area, lounge, kitchen/diner, a conservatory and a nice garden with lawn, also there is plenty of off road parking. We do have a young son but there is a locked door to your wing of the house so there is complete privacy. All bills are included in the rent. Couples or people with children are considered.
