Im an easy going, friendly live in landlady who likes anyone who stays in my home to feel comfortable.
The house is a semi detached bungalow in a nice quiet cul de sac in the village of Snaith . There is easy access to the M18 & M62. The village has 5 pubs of which 3 serve meals, an Indian restaurant, a Pizza shop , a Chinese take away, a Fish & chip shop. There is also a sandwich shop , a bakery, an ATM, a Co -op & Post office, dentist , doctors, Electrical shop , a DIY shop & a Newsagent.
There is a good sized tidy garden , on road parking , shared livingroom , bathroom & kitchen. I often have dogs staying over so you must like dogs. There is a phone & Broadband in the property.
If you rent this room it then will not be used when you are not here at the weekends. I provide all bedding. & i also clean the room once a week.
