Most bills are included in the rent. Council tax is additional if the room is to be used full time. The house has wifi and sky tv. There are two reception rooms, plus a dining kitchen. The garden is a good size with a lawn and patio area, which has seen the occasional BBQ party in the summer!
There is plenty of off road parking (the drive can get about 5 cars on).
I have 2 cats, and a terrier, so someone who likes animals is essential!
