I have a lovely double room to rent (with TV) and you will have your own large bathroom: large bath with shower mixer tap, basin and own toilet. The house is a 'tardis' like 2 bedroom terrace (built 1910), centrally heated with garden and on street parking although I do possess a garage. I have 2 downstairs reception rooms and a very small kitchen due to having the original pantries (excellent storage though!) and 1 downstairs toilet. The kitchen is quirky and functional but very small! If you're a budding masterchef this is not the kitchen for you. All rooms except my bedroom (strictly private) and loft (strictly private) can be shared. Free Wifi is part of the rental price.
The street is very safe and quiet yet handy for supermarkets; Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl all within walking distance. Local buses are within easy walking distance. The A63/M62 and Castle Hill Hospital all within 5-10 minute drive. It is about 6 miles from the City Centre, 8 miles from Beverley and 4 miles from the Humber Bridge so handy for the south bank of the Humber.
I work full time and one evening per week. I do smoke although not in the house and expect the same.
Weekly rate would be £80. 00 per week if weekly payments preferred.
A deposit is required which is returnable subject to damage, non-payment.
The house is perfect for someone working away from home Monday to Friday. I can only accept Mon-Fri lets.
