There is a large kitchen with breakfast area and utility room with washing facilities, shared Lounge and separate breakfast/dining room amenities. This is the family home of an outgoing, professional couple, who have two friendly cats. We have good experience of Spare Room clients and are very careful with guest privacy. We would consider Monday to Friday arrangement so please phone for reduced rates.
