Living room for the lodgers use, is a very large room not often used by ourselves as we have our own.
The house is a quiet family home now that we have an empty nest!!
Duggleby is a rural wolds village and as such a vehicle is essential. It is a very peaceful place to unwind after everyday stresses. Malton is 7 miles away, York 23 and Scarborough 17 miles.
The house phone can only be used to ring landlines, NOT MOBILES. Any calls to mobiles will be charged.
There are dogs, but they are not allowed upstairs and do not have access to the lodgers end of the house.
