I have a lovely warm house in a village 6 or 7 miles East of York City Centre (great bus service No. 10 by First bus & Transdev).
Buses run 6. 30 am to 11. 30 pm back from York. It's 5 minutes to A64 ring road by car, quick to Leeds or Hull
The village has a pub, farm shop and petrol station, and just one mile to Stamford Bridge shops from here.
Garden front and back.
I am a single parent with a daughter age 22 who is a student at Askham Bryan College and son of 14 who are here 50% of the time. My partner also stays over frequently.
One ginger cat.
The price includes everything but day time and evening phone calls (if you need more I can upgrade so please let me know) and there is free BT Infinity broadband and Wifi.
The room has a TV.
No deposit needed.
Have as much heating, hot water and broadband Wifi as you like. Mira Sport electric shower.
Looking for clean and tidy person please, apart from that I am easy going.

If you are a student and can give me a student exemption certificate for Council Tax I can reduce rent to £65 weekly.
