Room to rent in family home Monday to Friday only

I'm looking for a responsible and reliable person to share my home Monday to Friday.

I am not able to consider a full time lodger.

I work away from home during the week but come back some nights and during the week you would be sharing the house with my 28 year old son and 2 small dogs. We are a happy and easy going household, if you want a relaxed family atmosphere where you can have your own space this is the place for you!

The room has a double bed, Sky TV wardrobe etc. The house has WiFi broadband. The bathroom is shared - power shower and Jacuzzi bath. Shared access to the rest of the house and garden. (lounge, dining room, conservatory, kitchen and utility room.)

There are shops and takeaways nearby with Harrogate town centre about a 5 minute drive.
