Friendly recently refurbished, professional house.

Good sized double room with very comfortable king sized divan, bedside table and chest of drawers and double hanging space. Room looks through to the valley gardens and is a 1 minute walk to Cold Bath Road where there are lots of good local shops and only a 5 minute walk into town. There is a kitchen dining room with the usual amenities including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one with bath, shower, WC and basin and airing cupboard and the other has a rain shower and WC and basin. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, 50" TV with full sky package and unlimited broadband. All bills are included. There is a paved back yard where we often have BBQ's (weather permitting). There is a great atmosphere in the house, we are all very easy going , everyone has there own things going on but we also often will socialise together and spend more time in the kitchen nattering than anything. The house has a cleaner once every 2 weeks for the communal areas but we keep it pretty tidy ourselves. We would like our new housemate to feel instantly at home and fit in well with the current dynamic.
