Double room with en-suite

My current flat mate has decided to move out, so I now have to find someone else.

The room itself is a double room with en-suite including both bath and shower and built in storage. The room is mostly unfurnished, however a dressing table and double bed can be provided if need be.

The flat is a large two double bedroom / two bathroom, has a large lounge and separate kitchen/dining room, and has more that enough space for 2 people.

Outside there is a large paved area and grass area that both belong to the flat and lead to its private entrance. There are two parking spaces (one to be included with the room) and outside storage.

I am a reasonably easy going male that works two jobs totaling around 60 hours a week, so am mainly around at weekends during the daytime.

The room will be subject to credit checks and referencing carried out by the letting agent of the property, their fees will be payable by the applicant.
