I am a young professional female looking for a housemate.
I have a three storey town house near the centre of Harrogate and I'm looking to rent a kingsize ensuite room on the top floor of the house. It is currently furnished. The house is well kept and the communal areas are all very clean and tidy. I am an outgoing person and very easy to live with.
My friend has recently moved out due to getting married so the room is very clean and well kept. The carpets have recently been professionally cleaned and the ensuite is relatively new.
The rent would be £475 which would include bills.
The house has broadband.
