It's a really nice area. It's close to boutique shops, deli's, Sainsbury's local etc. It's about a 7 minute walk into Harrogate town centre. Located on a quiet road, and parking is normally ok.
The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dining table, etc.
We tend to live quietly when at home and party when out.
Council tax & water bills included. Wifi, Gas & Elec is included (if use exceeds historic use, then I may ask for a 3rd contribution towards excess only).
No smoking. No couples.
