The house has been newly refurbished and finished to a contemporary, modern standard. It has gardens located on three sides, a rear garage, off-street parking in addition to considerable on-street parking. It is ideally located; only a 1 minute drive to Wetherby Road for motorway access and bypasses the Skipton road traffic. Furthermore, it is a 3 minute walk to the Stray and 15 minute walk to Harrogate town centre. Harrogate General Hospital is situated a 10 minute walk away and multiple convenience stores exist on Knaresborough Road, only a 2 minute walk away.

The house has three double bedrooms, two located upstairs and one downstairs - a converted lounge. It also has a small single room upstairs which has been converted into an office where I work from home. The advertised room is a large double bedroom situated upstairs rear facing.

We have a 9 month old puppy called Winnie (last photo) who is extremely friendly and loved by all three of us who currently live here. If you're interested in moving in, you must be comfortable with dogs and be able to get on with him. As I work from home I'm always here to take care of him so you won't be burdened with dog sitting responsibilities.
