Now available are a lovely double room and a luxurious 2-room apartment that consists of an ensuite bedroom and a private sitting room. The apartment is on the lower ground floor of a stonebuilt Victorian townhouse just off Kings Road.
You have your own private entrance, and you also have a door to the rest of the house, so you can be as connected as you wish with the other housemates.
In addition to your own sitting room, the house has a shared lounge with comfy furniture and a TV with all the sports and movie channels. The shared house kitchen has two hobs, a big fridge, a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar and all the pots, pans, glasses and stuff you could need.
Also available is a really nice double room in another great house just round the corner and this one is just £500 a month all-inclusive.
There's fast wireless broadband everywhere in both houses and outside, both have a paved yard with picnic tables and barbie.
Both houses are really handy for the great delis and food shops of the area and it's an easy walk to the bars and restaurants of Harrogate centre.
Rent is ALL inclusive - you don't pay anything extra for council tax, gas, electricity, water or broadband. Oh yes, and the shared areas of each house are cleaned every week, too.
If you're a bit choosy about decor, equipment and cleanliness, this is the place!
A word about process: if, after viewing, you would like to go ahead, we hold a house get-together at which you meet the current housemates and they meet you. It's at this meeting that you and the housemates make the joint decision to proceed or not. If so, then the next step is references, followed by moving in!
