Modernised, well maintained, shared house

This house is one of the best shared houses in the area according to the licensing authority! Fully licensed with fire alarm, HMO. A well maintained house which has traditional features, but with a modern feel, this large shared house must be seen. All the rooms are for single occupation and all but one has a double bed. The rooms also have in them a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of draws. There is a large kitchen/diner with lots of cupboard space, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, large fridge, large freezer & breakfast bar with TV. We have a bathroom with a shower in it, a separate shower room and separate toilet. The communal areas are cleaned weekly and there is wifi broadband installed. Outside there is a large patio, bbq area, large washing line/drying area and parking all with lighting. All of the tenants have come from out of the area which I prefer as it means everyone is in the same situation and makes for a sociable household. Absolutely NO smoking allowed. All the tenants are professional workers and are a friendly, intelligent bunch who although they work hard during the week, they enjoy a beer/wine or two at the weekend! The house is situated within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hospital and a 20min walk would get you into Harrogate town centre although we are also on the main bus route with buses every 8 mins. The train station in Starbeck is only a 5 minute walk away and there are various fast food shops close by too including a large Morrisons 2 mins walk down the road. The house is situated close to the Wetherby Road and ring road allowing easy access to Leeds, York, Wetherby and Knaresborough. If you are fun, sociable and will respect the lovely house you are living in & your fellow housemates then we want YOU! A new female housemate would be a bonus to even up the numbers!
