The bedroom

This is a really nice ground floor room in a traditional Victorian townhouse on Kings Road.
It shares a nice bath/shower room with just two others.
The house has a comfy lounge/diner with a TV that has a full channel set (inc sports and movies). WiFi is good and fast throughout - averaging 50 meg and often exceeding 100.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, lots of fridge and freezer space plus a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Outside, there's a yard with a picnic table and barbie plus bike storage.
The house is really handy for the shops of Kings Road and it's a short walk into town for all the great bars and restaurants of the centre.
There's a great gang of housemates too, so do come and have a look and meet everyone soon!
A note about process: If, after viewing, you would like to go ahead, we arrange a house meeting at which you and the current housemates get to know each other. If things go well, there's then a quick references process and you move in!
