Large, double, attic conversion with en suite

The room on offer, is the top floor of our family house, just off the high street in Knaresborough. The light, airy, comfortable double room is a large, attic conversion with en suite (toilet, sink and shower over the bath). The room has its own mini hallway, a lockable door and is on its own floor. Furnished with plenty of storage, dining table/desk, large tv, drink making facilities, a microwave and a small fridge. We have a small outside courtyard space. washer/dryer facilities

The room has beautiful views over looking Knaresborough and North Yorkshire and on a clear day the white horse near Kilburn can be seen. The room has broad band.

In terms of transport links, where we are situated in Knaresborough couldn't be better, we are 30 seconds from the bus station, a few minutes walk to the train station, around 10 minutes drive from the A1. On street parking is available outside. And a car park nearby offers the chance to park with a monthly permit.

Water, gas, electric, internet and council tax have been included in the rental price.

We are a youngish(!!) married couple with a 9 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I work full time running a local business, my husband is a primary school teacher currently supplying. We have two scatty, friendly cats. We enjoy films and Netflix, music, reading, arts, football, dancing. We enjoy a drink, a laugh, hosting social events, we're a normal, untidy(!!), scatty family!!! Would like someone friendly, chatty, laid back, easy going, good with kids, to come and join our little team!!!!
