Adjoining modern bathroom with bathtub and shower for own use.
Garage/shed for storage available.
Ten minutes walk to Malton town centre/train/bus station and two minutes to the bus stop.
We are a mature professional couple and have a friendly cat so cat lover preferred. Our daughter comes to stay occasionally.
The room is available on a full week's occupancy basis but Monday to Friday only occupancy is also welcome, with an appropriate reduction in the rental cost.
