The property is newly built in a wonderful village, Thixendale The village is approx. 10 miles S. East of Malton[18 Miles from Pickering. Hall, Church, Pub, Cricket, singing, yoga clubs.
There is a garden, also off road parking. Ideal area for walking/cycling. Car owner essential. Most residents in the village either work @ home or commute to Malton, York, Pocklington, Driffield or Beverley.
I am interested in renewable energy and tried to incorporate some into my new home. I enjoy swimming, walking and voluntary work in the community.
