I've recently bought a two bedroom end terrace house in market weighton and will be moving in as soon my mortgage is complete.
I am looking for a reliable person with secure finances to rent a room off me. Total free roam of house and a car parking space, this includes shared bathroom, living room, kitchen. Washing machine, hob, cooker, built in fridge freezer all provided and I will at some point purchase a dryer. Broadband is not included not is sky but these can be arranged to be a shared cost if a agreement can be made. Right near tesco's.
