I work away in the week so only here at weekends, so the property is pretty much yours most of the time.
I have one office room down stairs which is a sort of storage room, I don't have outside space, but the country side is on my door step so I don't find it a problem.
I'm an easy person to live with and enjoy the outdoors, I'm into all sorts of sports and run 3/4 times a week, i do go away a lot with my work so I expect my house mate to be mature and look after the house when I'm away.
