I have a double room to rent in my house, the room is fully furnished, with double bed, draws, bedsides and a wardrobe.
I am initially looking for someone to rent on a 3 month term and then monthly thereafter.
There is plenty of space in the house, living room, dining room and shared kitchen & bathroom facilities. There is another male lodger and my partner who also live here, but it is a quite house.
