Wanted! Someone nice and relaxed wanting to rent a room in a great spot within walking distance of the local restaurants and shops yet in a property which is set back and nicely private.

The accommodation on offer is a fully furnished room including double bed, wardrobe, drawers and TV plus en-suite. Use of part of the garage for a car is a possibility but even so there is plenty of off-road secure/private parking.

Malton centre is just approx one mile away and there is really easy access onto the A64 for either York (20-25 mins) or Scarborough (20-25 mins).The local train station(servicing Leeds, York, Liverpool, Manchester, Scarborough - all direct lines)is within walking distance if need be! (about a 15 min walk...)

Rest of property for sharing includes conservatory, utility, large lounge, kitchen and diner. Nice private gardens.

I do have a cat so if you're allergic or dislike such animals then this place is not for you!
