Double room in spacious quiet house

Furnished double room available in a large but quiet house.

Preferably a Monday (or Sunday night) - Friday let though flexible if some weekend is required.

The room has a double bed, drawers, built in double wardrobe. TV point with full signal strength.
The bathroom available is the household bathroom but almost exclusive use as my bedroom is ensuite. It has both a bath and separate shower.

Bathroom is booked for renovation in late sept. The room is empty currently. Im very happy to wait for the right person but equally if it works the bathroom is useable, just less nice right now!

The house is a 4 bedroom house though only 1 person lives there. Large living room, down stairs toilet, dining room, large kitchen and utility room.

Parking space, some garage space (for bikes etc), garden and yard with BBQ and chairs (and a 12' dinosaur).

High quality broadband and wifi, Sonos, Nespresso coffee machine and other gadgets.

The house is quiet so would suit someone who is quiet too.
Close to town, train and bus station.

Small pets would be ok but cats and dogs would be a no im afraid.

Working professionals only.
Ive said female preference purely as females tend to be cleaner and quieter from experience but I would certainly offer the room to the right male. Its entirely about a good fit of personality/habits etc!
