House is central Pickering ,on the edge of the north york moors national park. Ideal location for access to York,(40minutes)Scarborough, Whitby, Leeds etc.
(Please note- this location is not easily commutable to York university unless you drive) House is renovated to a very high standard, so would suit professional person/s accustomed to a similar standard of living.

Non smoking house.

Aga cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless broadband etc
One months rent would be required as a deposit, fully refundable on departure.
