Lovely Double Room in Pickering

Hi!

I have a double room available to rent in my house right in the centre of Pickering for LONG OR SHORT TERM. It is part furnished with a double bed and bedside table with drawers, shelving for clothes as well as hanging space (looks a bit girly now as it is currently my spare room but you are free to decorate if you wish!).

The house has an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo, you will also have access to a good sized living room, a large kitchen, an office space and a good sized garden with a patio, lots of grass and an outhouse ideal for bike storage should you need it.

£300 covers rent and all bills (gas, water, electric, council tax, TV licence). I will also require a month's deposit for long-term stay.

I am happy to consider pets.

The house is very close to shops etc in Pickering, with Lidl and Co-Op just three mins walk away. There are takeaway places and restaurants just across the road and a variety of little shops, cafés and suchlike as well as banks, a post office etc within a short walk.
There are buses that operate to York, Leeds, Malton and Flamingo Land from just across the road.

I am a 26 year old female professional. I am looking for a housemate who is:
- Between 22-35 years old
- Male or female
- Professional/in full time work
- Clean, tidy and respectful.
