Room for rent in Richmond North Yorkshire

We have a room with en suite facilities available in a large house, for a single professional person. The room has a king size bed and a TV, and the en suite includes both a bath and a shower.

Our house is usually run as a B&B, but during the quiet season we would like to rent out one of our rooms on a slightly longer basis. The room is decorated to a high standard and previous reviews have assured us that it is a very comfortable place to stay! Please note that £500/pcm rent does not include breakfast - just the room.

We are a couple in our late 50s, we consider ourselves to be very friendly and will do what we can do make your stay comfortable. We would preferably like somebody who is clean, tidy, and a professional person to stay with us.

£500/pcm includes all bills and wifi. Laundry facilities are available on request.
