Furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk/ bureau and sofa.
Large shared kitchen and utility including shared washing machine but tenant has own fridge/freezer to use.
The house is walking distance from the town centre and beach. Off street parking with no restrictions (not in disc zone).
We are a married professional couple, live in owners in our 30's. Have had short term tenants staying with us before.
£500 per month due to the spacious dedicated living accommodation and all bills included. Fantastic let - especially for a couple - slight increase in rent may apply - would be negotiated.
Would prefer Monday - Friday but will consider full time tenant.
Can provide bedding & towels if required.
