Double attic room

We are renting out our attic room which has a double bed in it also a bedside table, chest of draws, rail for clothes, the room is very plain and simple. Includes bills use of wifi and washing machine. We have a shared bathroom with a bathroom/shower. It is just the room to rent but welcome to use the kitchen and kitchen equipment. We are a young family, both in full time work. We are hoping for a friendly lodger that's reliable and trust worthy.
