I have a large room in modern house with shared kitchen (with washer and tumble dryer), 2 living rooms and large bathroom to rent. The room is furnished with double bed, waredrobe, set of drawers and tv/dvd. I am close to the centre of town and bus and train stations with a bus going to york that stops at the end of the street. Plus only a 2 minute walk to nearest supermarket and a co-op shop, newsagents and takeaways on the next street.
I am looking to rent to a female profesional who is tidy and trustworthy. I am a quiet easy going female who likes reading, watching films and going out with friends.
